  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees . Cook ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is done, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in cilantro.
  2. Combine black beans, corn and Country Crock(R) Spread in 8-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; spread with salsa and sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until heated though and cheese is melted.

This was very good but when you mix sour cream, ground beef, and cheese together always turns out looking like brown goop on the plate. But family loved the flavor. And used chips to eat it with...

I thought this was quite tasty and my family eats all of it whenever I make this dish. It's one of my my favorite recipes.

Great basics but rather bland. Get creative with it and add more flavor and it tastes great. i.e. garlic, onion, peppers, spices, etc even just taco seasoning.
