  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Top with feta cheese; drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.


  • Substitute:
  • Prepare as directed, using 6 skinless chicken thighs. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until cooked through.
  • Variation:

I added the red pepper prior to cooking and also added some baby spinach, extra lemon and a little olive oil. I didn't have chicken breasts, so I used thighs, just as delish. Very good recipe

Great recipe.. made a few alterations, I added the red bell pepper before baking, added some spinach, extra lemon, and some olive oil.. threw in some cashews towards the end. Won't give it 5 sta...
