Directions

  1. Cook and stir onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. Add tomatoes, wine and oregano; mix well. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add shrimp. Cook 3 min. or until shrimp are pink, stirring frequently.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 1 min. Stir in parsley. Serve over rice.

I have been making this for 20 odd years and is a family favourite. I pretty much know it by heart. I finally found the exact recipe here and I want everyone to know that it is that good. My only change would be that I use 1/2 Cup of wine/1 cup of tomatoes and reduce down to burn off the alcohol. I also just add the shrimp and feta at the end and broil for a few minutes. Love love love this recipe.
