“A delightful wasabi dressing that I whipped up for coleslaw for Memorial Day but could be used in a vast variety of creations. If you want to increase the heat, add more wasabi or add red chili flakes. This can be used as a dressing, marinade, or dip. The possibilities are endless. Fish tacos, anyone?”

  1. Combine vinegar, honey, wasabi paste, peanut butter, light sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, black pepper, and dark sesame oil in the bowl of a stand mixer; mix until smooth, using whisk attachment.

Wonderful!! Just enough zip to it without being burning. Of course the wasabi can be adjusted to suit the eaters tastes.
