"After the news that a local cafe was closing, I begged the owner for this recipe. The sweetness of the red grapes compliments the curry perfectly and the almonds provide a nice crunch. It's always a hit and I'm always asked for the recipe. It's nice served over a large leaf of romaine, on a croissant, or just out of the bowl with a fork!"

We all enjoyed this. In an effort to save calories, I omitted the butter, just toasted the almonds and curry powder in a dry pan until fragrant. I used garlic powder because I just do not care...

I prepared this exactly as directed and took it to a party. It was a hit with people going back for seconds and thirds, Great recipe!!!

love this recipe. I tried using rotisserie chicken and red grapes..... didn't care for it as much as I do this recipe. I do, however, double the curry.

Been doing this for awhile I like walnuts in mine and either apples raisins or craisins with the grapes.

So good!

My hubby loves chicken salad with curry and red grapes. Lots of recipes to choose from but this sounded good. Very, very flavorful...which isn't surprising since the first ingredient is butter:...
