Mix chili sauce, ketchup, water, pickle relish, brown sugar, and mustard into the ground beef mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavors are blended, about 15 minutes.

I don't usually make Sloppy Joe's so I don't really have much to compare it to. My kids liked it. Not sure if I will make this recipe again.
