Original recipe yields 8 servings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  2. Put cubes in a large bowl and season generously with creole seasoning.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir Parmesan cheese, garlic, and onion powder into the melted butter; pour over the bread cubes and toss to coat. Spread bread cubes onto a large baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stir, and continue baking until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes more.

Delicious! I just eyeballed all of the seasonings, to taste. I didn't have creole seasoning, so I just used cajun seasoning (not sure if it's the same or similar, but it worked great). Great flavor and buttery good~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)
