Original recipe yields 24 egg halves

Directions

  1. Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.

I made this recipe for the 'Faceless Frenzy - November 2013'. I only made up 6 eggs as I did not want leftovers. This is a good deviled egg, nothing at all what we are used to. The hot sauce does add the zip as referred to in the title "Zippy Deviled Eggs". They went well with our dinner of 'Slow Cooker Philly Steak Sandwich Meat', another AR recipe. Thanks simone stevin for sharing your recipe.
