Original recipe yields 5 servings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
  2. Center sweet potatoes, apples and cranberries on sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine butter and cinnamon; drizzle over brown sugar.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes on a cookie sheet or in a 13x9x2-inch dish OR GRILL 20 to 25 minutes in covered grill until sweet potatoes are tender.

Delicious....made the recipe without any changes and it was almost more like a dessert then a side dish :)

The family requested I leave out the cranberries, so I did, but it was still very good. After reading some of the reviews I cut back just a smidgeon on the brown sugar which worked out very well for us. This was easy and delicious and I love no clean up.

We made this as side dish with chicken. It was delicious. We also added chopped walnuts to it. All the ingredients blended together so well - the apples, sweet potatoes and cranberries were just so tasty all together. It will be our new sweet potato dish for Thanksgiving! So very simple to make too!
