Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
  2. Center sweet potatoes, apples and cranberries on sheet of Reynolds Wrap(R) Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine butter and cinnamon; drizzle over brown sugar.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes on a cookie sheet or in a 13x9x2-inch dish OR GRILL 20 to 25 minutes in covered grill until sweet potatoes are tender.

Great recipe and very easy to make. I used dark brown sugar and craisins, wrapped in foil and put in a 9" square pan. Cooked for 1 hour at 400. Reheated the next day very well. Thinking of adding this to my Thanksgiving menu next year. Will definitely cook again.

Excellent. I made this in a 9x13 glass pan. I also had to let it cook about 45 minutes total to cook the sweet potatoes, as other comments suggested. I used Craisins for the cranberries. I wrapped it up in a 'hot wrap' to take 1.5 hours to a family gathering, and it was great when we got there. It also tastes good cold the next day! Not much left, however!

Delicious....made the recipe without any changes and it was almost more like a dessert then a side dish :)
