This quick and easy recipe makes an excellent side dish with lots of flavor. I became intrigued by kale after having it served to me twice in the past two weeks. My wife and I really enjoyed my new and zesty creation.

Directions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic together in a bowl.

Salty. It lacked depth. I liked the idea of a dressing for uncooked kale, but this just wasn't good. I will not be making this again.

This made a really nice salad. Nice change from massaged kale salad with olive oil. Threw in some cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes as well.

was a bit too salty even with using reduced sodium soy sauce.. i added 2 tsp of rice vinegar and used garlic powder.. and made sure to massage the kale (thank you youtube).. ty for something different
