Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine corn flakes, cheese, salt and pepper in pie plate.
  3. Evenly coat the chicken with the dressing then dredge in the corn flake mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a parchment lines baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. All done! Now take a photo, rate it, and share your accomplishments!

This works also with breadcrumbs or crushed croutons instead of cornflakes. I like to use a homemade dry ranch seasoning mix and omit the additional salt to keep the sodium down in this recipe. I like serving this with scalloped potatoes.

My family loves it! All I did was add a little more cheese (another 1/4 of a cup)! My husband and three year old eat it all and ask for more! I also have a nine month old so this receipe is quick and easy!
