Not only great but if you stuff it in large mushroom caps and broil for 5 minutes it gets even better!

Every time I make this recipe, it is a huge hit. Every once in a while I add some bacon for a little variation .

I made this for Mardi Gras and everyone LOVED it. Served with pretzels, quick to make and tasty!
