Stir-fry meat in half the Simmer Sauce in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8min. or until done. Add vegetables and remaining Simmer Sauce to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in Finishing Sauce and chili sauce; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Serve over rice.
Garnish with sliced green onions and PLANTERS chopped peanuts, if desired.
Substitute boneless pork or uncooked cleaned shrimp for the beef.
