  1. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return potatoes to the pot.

These are okay, but a little bland. They might be better in the slow cooker.

Fabulous!! The oregano, rosemary and feta all came together and had a wonderful flavor profile. I did add my garlic cloves to the boiling water with my potatoes so we would have a little milde...

So delicious. I used this with a ground chicken recipe to make mini shepherds pies and it was awesome!!
