Directions

  1. Mix peaches, apple, avocado, tomato, green onion, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil, cumin, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 3 hours.

I used white onion instead of green. The crunchy apple with the smooth avocado and peaches made this good! My jalapeno pepper was quite hot, so I appreciated the cool fruits! This is a great recipe during peach season!
