  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, blue cheese, onion, pepper, and salt together in a bowl; shape into 22 meatballs and arrange onto prepared pan.
  3. Bake meatballs until they are very firm, hot, and grey in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I adore blue cheese n meatballs so this was a huge winner for me. I made a blue cheese cream sauce with mushrooms n shallots. Perfect combo! This recipe is a def keeper!

If you like blue cheese, you will LOVE these! They were perfect consistency, and just enough blue cheese to really pack a hit. The only suggestion I have is to use green onions. Otherwise, fant...
