Directions

  1. Melt butter with olive oil and thyme in a pot over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onions in butter mixture until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  2. Pour chicken broth and apple cider into pot; simmer mixture for 20 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
