  1. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat. Saute the onions until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the garlic, saute one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook, covered, until the zucchini is crisp and tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.

Zucchini, garlic, onion, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. An enthusiastic YES! Just one problem - and you'll find out immediately what that is if you cook this (especially the garlic) over high ...

I am making this again for a potluck this week. Very tasty
