Though there are specific measurements in the recipe, there is no need to carefully measure each ingredient - just approximate the quantities of your favorite fruits to have a beautiful and delicious salad. Directions

  1. Mix grapes, strawberries, peaches, orange segments, and kiwi in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk orange juice, orange-flavored liqueur, and sugar together in a bowl until sugar dissolves; gently stir into fruit until evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

I really like the "punch" of Cointreau in this dressing. It adds a certain "something" that really takes this fruit salad out of the ordinary. I didn't have kiwis, and they would be a beautiful addition for the next time. We love fruit salad, so I'm happy to have another way to serve it. Thanks for sharing!
