Based on a 2,000 calorie diet

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 10-inch skillet, mix beef and ketchup. Heat over medium-high heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Stir in relish and 1 cup of the cheese. Spoon into ungreased 9- or 10-inch glass pie plate.
  2. Separate dough into 8 triangles; roll up 1 inch on shortest side of each dough triangle. Place dough on top of meat mixture in spoke pattern with points towards center. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

did this for my foods class. Tasted great! the kids loved it!

A perfect solution to feed hungry teenage boys - particularly when time is a factor: simple, quick and tasty. All three of my boys loved it! I made one with pickle relish and one without - but personally, I preferred it WITH the relish, as did the boys in the end. I put onions in it as well. This recipe is definitely a winner! Later last night, my 20 year-old son told me one more time "that cheeseburger casserole you made was really good!". I don't hear that every day. :)

Delicious! I added onion to ours for extra flavor.
