Directions

  1. Prepare the linguine according to the package directions in a 3-quart saucepan. Add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the linguine mixture well in a colander.
  2. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
  3. Stir the soup, milk, black pepper and linguine mixture in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the cheese.

You have to keep in mind this is suppose to be a healthier alternative to regular pasta, so if you don't like wheat pasta, don't use it. I was searching for a recipe I could use up the rest of my organic wheat pasta on. I truly liked this. I wouldn't change a thing. I'll make it again.

Excellent recipe and easy weeknight dinner. I tossed chicken pieces with flour, garlic powder, and pepper before cooking in oil. Otherwise, won't change a thing!
