  1. Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each steak. Grease one side of each piece of foil.
  2. Place one salmon filet on each and drizzle a little olive oil on top of each piece of salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill weed to taste. Drizzle a bit of the lemon juice over each piece of salmon.
  3. Wrap up the steaks, carefully sealing each foil packet. Test each packet by pressing on it. If air escapes, re-wrap it. Put on the top rack of the dishwasher and run for a full cycle, with heated drying. Salmon will be done when the dishwasher runs the full cycle.

What a waste of water.

Pretty tasty fish :) Although as per an earlier comment on the sanitary nature of the recipe.. I don't think you're supposed to put dirty dishes in there with the fish. I wrapped it tightly an...

Absolutely superb, very moist, steamed perfectly even. My husband thought anyone would be an idiot to try this, I proved him wrong and he could not deny how wonderful is was!

This is a fun, tasty, and very entertaning dish. As for everyone who had issues with the way it's cooked, live a little! You may find something new and exiting, like this wonderful dish!

Excellent! I used butter and lemon generously on the salmon before sealing it in the aluminum foil. There were rave reviews by our company going when this was served. It was very moist, and our ...
