Original recipe yields 6 servings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Arrange chicken legs in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Dab 1 teaspoon of corn oil spread on each and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes and then turn legs over. Bake another 35 to 40 minutes.

"For so few ingredients, this was wonderful. I made a few changes though, I lined my sheet with foil and sprayed with cooking spray first. Then I laid the chicken out on the foil and sprayed each piece..." See more with cooking spray (it is just canola oil after all). This was easier than the teaspoon of corn oil and faster as well. Seasonings were great. Family loved it. Will make it again."
