Directions

  1. Stir mango, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over the mango mixture and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until flavors blend and salsa is cold, at least 30 minutes.

Really simple to make and so good! I made this with 2 mangos so I increased the amounts slightly. Also, I didn't have Roma or Serrano, so I used regular tomato and jalapeno. Great on grilled chicken breasts with brown rice!!
