  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup and cheese and mix together. Pour mixture over chicken, then pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour bourbon over all.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until browned and bubbly.

This recipe was very tasty, however next time I would do some things differently. For one, you don't need a half cup of butter, in fact because I watch my weight, I won't use any butter or butt...

Simply delicious! Creamy and cheesy and the bourbon over the bread crumbs just adds a wonderful finish!!! Loved it!!!
