Original recipe yields 1 - 9 inch pie



  1. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. Place 26 pieces and milk in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 to 45 seconds or just until melted and smooth when stirred. Spread evenly on bottom of crust. Refrigerate about 1/2 hour.
  2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth; gradually add sugar, beating well. Beat in peanut butter. Reserve 1/2 cup whipped topping; fold remaining whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Spoon into crust over chocolate. Cover; refrigerate about 6 hours or until set.
  3. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and additional chocolate pieces. Cover; refrigerate leftover pie.

I found this dessert to be pretty good. I think next time I'll use a chocolate crust, and instead of melting hershy kisses, I'll make the chocolate layer with hot fudge ice cream topping.



This pie was really good, however, it didn't belong in a pie crust. I should have taken other reviewer's advice and used a chocolate crust. The filling is delicious and the chocolate layer on the bottom is a great idea. I drizzled the top of the pie with chocolate syrup and sprinkled nuts over the syrup--marvelous! The only downside was that crust--we aren't eating it, just picking out the filling. I'll make it again with the chocolate crust.



I made this for a dinner at my parents house today. This is the first day MOM ASKED ME FOR A RECIPE!!!!! Thanks!!!!
