This is a good standard meringue. You can add 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar to help stabilize the meringue if you like.
never made a meringue before but this turned out PERFECT!! couldn't get much easier than this! shirley
mine was like...never mind what it was shaped like. it became separated after a few minutes, it was really watery. After a struggle, it tasted like foam. sweet foam.
Just made this and it's easy turn out great and will definitely be using this again.
