I added 8 oz sour cream to this and doubled the salsa. It turned out good, except I added too much taco seasoning for my taste. Everyone ate it up, so I guess it wasn't too strong for my guest...

Excellent and extremely to make. Looks kinda blah but tastes amazing. Black Olives would add nicely for both taste and appearance.

This was an absolute hit at my work. I normally have to make double because it goes so fast. You can also use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese. It doesn't change the taste.... and those that ref...
