Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a shallow, medium baking dish, spread the chili and mix in cream cheese. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until cheese is melted and creamy.
  3. Stir in 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until melted.
  4. Top the mixture with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Broil 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

This was good...I used cheddar cheese instead of mozerella and added a cup of Salsa and everyone loved it! I have made it 3 times this month and it's been a hit everytime! Thanks..Tina

Tasty dip but very thick. Would add someting to make it easier to dip like salsa. Need to keep warm.

A RELATIVE MADE THIS SEVERAL TIMES AT PARTIES BUT WOULD NEVER GIVE OUT THE RECIPE. SO GLAD I FOUND IT HERE BECAUSE IT IS REALLY GOOD AND EASY. I MAKE IT OFTEN, AND EVERYONE LOVES IT. MUST TRY!
