  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, thawed frozen whipped topping and walnuts.
  2. Thoroughly blend cranberries in a food processor.
  3. Mix cranberries into cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in sugar and heavy cream. Stir in mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks and grapes. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.

Even my husband chose this one! A friend suggested adding mini marshmallows to sweeten it a little...used "Cool Whip" instead of the whipped cream (for time-saver)-very good!

tried this recipe but to make it a little sweeter instead of the mixture used, i used 8oz sour cream, 8oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1T vanilla beated well and then blended the cranberry mi...

Not sweet enough. I will try again with Cool Whip.

I gave this a pre holiday test run. It was a fine salad but too bland for my personal taste. Approx. 3 TB powdered sugar could be pre mixed with the cream cheese for improvement.

I added some extra sugar to the whipping cream and then added one large can of mandarins & pineapple, it needed a bit more fruit for me. I'm sure it will taste even better tomorrow after it chil...
