  1. Place cranberries and water in a medium saucepan. Over high heat, cook until the cranberries burst.
  2. Lower heat to simmer. Stir in sugar. Continue cooking 15 minutes.
  3. Allow mixture to cool. Stir in horseradish. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

My husband does not eat sugar, so I used honey for the sweetener. This was a terrific addition to our Thanksgiving dinner. Even my spice intolerant friend enjoyed the tang of the horseradish!

Yes!! finally a cranberry sauce that isn't sickly sweet. Love it

I used two cups of sugar and a little less horseradish. But this is a great recipe if you want to try something different this year!!!
