Original recipe yields 4 servings



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine banana, egg, applesauce, milk and honey to form a batter. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Fold in bread crumbs. Stir in raisins. Pour into prepared dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, until set.

I can truly call this one a disaster. It was totally dry and tasteless and I checked my recipe over and over to make sure I added everything in the correct amount.

After reading the reviews, I decided to change the amount of bread crumbs from 4 cups to 2 cups... It worked great! Especially if you are into something with not enough sugar



too dry!!! way too dry, something about all the bread crumbs, maybe the amount is wrong.
