This tends to be dry & flaky on the top. I think if a little vegetable oil and water were added and maybe 1 egg reduced, it would be more moist. Otherwise, this was very chocolately & good.

I made these as brownie bites in mini muffin tins. 350 F for 18-21 minutes and they were delicious. Makes 4 dozen.
this is my favorite brownie recipe, hands down. Perfect texture, freezes well and simple enough to remember even when I've lost the recipe!
