Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion in a large saucepan over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat, add potatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
