  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease.
  2. In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce and pepperoni.
  3. Cook on Low setting for 4 hours.

I have made this several times and with a little tweaking it is a family favorite. Using the advice of previous reviewers, I used italian sausage and ground beef and added about 3/4 cup of water...

This is yummy. After reading other reviews I made a few changes as follows: I used a bottle of spaghetti sauce as opposed to two little bottles of pizza sauce. I then mixed all the ingredient...

I recommend frying the pepperoni first, then draining the grease from it. Just drain the pepperoni on paper towels. You are left with crispy pepperoni that doesn't add any grease to the recipe.
