  1. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, red wine vinegar, white wine, honey, fresh ginger root, garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Place in an appropriately sized sealed container with desired type of meat. Shake well to coat. Allow meat to marinate in the mixture at least two hours before cooking.

Great recipe. Two changes for me- I discovered that I didn't need both the Red Wine Vinegar & the White wine. Anything acidic will be a nice contrast to the honey. Fresh lemon juice or rice-wi...

Very nice teriyaki recipe. The only thing I would change next time would be to decrease the amount of ginger. I did not have red-wine vinegar and used regular white vinegar.

This sauce is authentically "teriyaki" tasting. Try it!
