  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Break up block of noodles and stir into pot, reserving seasoning packet. Stir in chicken, bok choy and carrot. Bring to a boil again, then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in contents of seasoning packet and sesame oil.

It's not that this is bad, it's just glorified top ramen. I don't know why I expected more. I read the ingredients, but just expected that it would have more flavor.
