Original recipe yields 2 dozen

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the orange extract. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into the sugar mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and frozen marshmallows. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.

"Hmmm...well, these were interesting to say the least! I had some trouble getting them off of the cookie sheet (due to the baked on marshmallow). I think I baked the entire 20 minutes...maybe I took ..." See morethem out a little sooner. They tended to fall apart as I was removing them to a rack to cool. The end result was a decent tasting cookie. They hold together much better once they've cooled."
