Original recipe yields 36 servings

Directions

  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter; boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and candy coating. Stir in pistachios, vanilla and food coloring. Add more drops of food coloring to achieve desired color.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and cool.

Creamy, yummy goodness, and it goes perfect with my Jadite dishes...lol. Seriously, this fudge is a keeper...easy to make, pretty to look at and my family loved it!!!

This was so yummy!!! My husband dislikes chocolate and loves pistachios, so I thought I would give it a try. He loved it and so did my anti-nut kids. I will definitely make this again. I am also thinking that it would be fun to try with crushed candy canes or red hots instead of pistachios. I think the basic fudge recipe would be versatile.
