  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and steak sauce. Mix thoroughly. Blend in soup mix, green pepper, onion, cilantro and garlic.
  3. On a large piece of aluminum foil, pat the beef mixture into a thin, flat rectangle. Layer about 1/2 the ham on top of the beef from end to end. Layer ham with the Cheddar cheese. Layer cheese with remaining ham, then the broccoli.
  4. Using the foil, roll the meatloaf while pinching the ends. Keep aluminum foil around the meat loaf and place on a medium baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Best meatloaf hubby ever tasted so he said. Was a bit time consuming to make and next time I will cut down on the amount of cilantro to use. A bunch could be a little or a lot. In my case it was too much. And, I used monteray jack/pepper cheese and it was wonderful. This recipe will definetly be a company dinner. Bet mushrooms would be tasty too.

Cut back on the veggies or increase the bread crumbs (minimum of double). The fresh cilantro is overpoweringly strong...eliminate or use only 1-2 sprigs.
