  1. In a medium saucepan, place spinach with 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook and stir onions in butter until tender.
  3. Place spinach, onion, crabmeat, Parmesan cheese and dry sherry in a small baking dish. Mix thoroughly. Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Awesome recipe - I added an extra 1/4C of cheese and baked at 350 for 30 minutes to bake out some of the moisture - my kids hate spinach and they liked it - this will be making some potluck appe...

This was absolutely fabulous, dfinitely a keeper and will make again. My only suggestion is to double the recipe if making for a gathering, because it was gobbled up within minutes.
