  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Crumble the ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. As soon as it begins to brown a little, add the onion. Cook and stir until beef is evenly browned. Drain off grease, then stir in the barbeque sauce and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
  2. Peel the biscuits apart in round layers, and use them to line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the ground beef mixture over the biscuits, then top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the biscuits are cooked through, and cheese is melted.

So easy and great for kids. I used dried minced onions instead of chopped onions. It added the flavor without the kids needing to pick out any onions.

Really enjoyed this. For us, it served four. Used three "layer" biscuits, pulled apart. Filled an 11x7" baking dish. Time was right on. Thanks, Pam.

This is an incredible recipe and VERY easy to make. My wife and I absolutely loved it!

Very dry. I added 1/4 cup extra BBQ sauce when I saw how dry the meat mixture was. There were not enough biscuits to cover the bottom of the pan. Even with the extra sauce, it was largely tast...
