  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine potatoes and kielbasa. Pour tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle with basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.

This was a hit ! My family loved it but i did it a little different. I cooked at 350 covered for 1 hr and uncovered for 20 minutes plus i added corn , mushrooms and onions . Will use this recipe...

This is really good! I added some button mushrooms, onion, and corn. It made a very filling, wholesome dinner, served with biscuits and fruit. This would be a great pot-luck type dish.

I think either the cooking time is to long or Temp. is to hot but it was very tastey and easy to make. Will try later with less cooking time

I made my own sauce by pureeing a 28 oz can of peeled tomatoes with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg....this recipe is awesome!!! Very whole family loves it... Great job James!!
