Directions
- PEEL shrimp, leaving tails intact, and devein, if desired. Combine lime juice and remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp.
- COVER and chill 2 hours. Remove shrimp, discarding marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers.
- GRILL, without grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees) 3 minutes on each side or until done.
