Original recipe yields 6 servings



  1. Mix spinach, cream cheese, milk and seasoning salt until well blended.
  2. Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

I tried this recipe last night and modified it some by adding: a can of mushrooms, drained; 1/4 cup feta cheese; 1/2 can of artichoke hearts, drained & chopped; and some garlic powder. It turned out good. Next time, I'm going to add some Swiss or mozarrella cheese too.



This was so easy and very good!! Befor adding the crushed crackers, I sprinkled a garlic herb seasoning on. It was quite tasty and I will definitely prepare again!!I think next time I may also add chopped water chestnuts, just to give it more texture.



A really easy side dish. Definitely good as a low-fat dish, making with fat-free cream cheese, skim milk, and reduced-fat crackers. I added garlic powder, seasoned salt & hot sauce for additional flavor.
