Original recipe yields 8 servings, about 1-1/2 cups each



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

The really was delicious. I made it last night--it was super easy and so creamy. I used light sour cream. The recommendation to top it with mozzarella and cover baked were good calls. My kids were a bit skeptical of the spinach, but ate it anyways!! You've gotta try it.

I made this for a church function, serving 100 people. They loved it, and it couldn't be any easier. I follwed it exactly. I assembled it a day ahead: added some water to the pan before I baked it; kept the pan covered while I baked it. It took a little longer because of the quantity and the fact that it was cold. We have filed this recipe with the rest that our women's group use over and over.



MMMmmmmmm Mmmmm This was easy and delicious. I did add some oregano and basil, topped with mozzarella and covered with foil while cooking. Thanks!!!!
