My family has been using this brisket marinade recipe for about 15 years now. So easy, and absolutely to die for! Marinade is good for oven-baked or grilled brisket. You can find liquid smoke at the grocery store, near the bottled marinades.

  1. In a medium bowl, combine wine, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Stir in celery flakes, onion salt, garlic salt, and pepper.

We liked this, but I altered it a little because when I smelled it the liquid smoke was a little overwhelming. I added some soy sauce and about a tablespoon of molasses to 'cut' the liquid smoke a little. I marinated the brisket over night then smoked it all day, very tender and full of flavor.

My family loves this marinade. I cooked my brisket in the crockpot for about 7 hours, it was wonderful.

For a oven brisket this ones great almost good as texas smoked brisket.I use a trimed brisket it has a little fat on one side it goes fat side up when I bake mine. enjoy
