Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended. Stir in noodles.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until center is set. Cool at least 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

The reviewer who commented that the top noodles were hard, should do as my aunt did with her recipe. She would top her kugel with corn flakes mixed with melted butter and they would get crunchy, but the noodles would not and it just gave it a little extra different taste. It is wonderful.
