Original recipe yields 1 pie



  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.
  3. Cover with inverted dome and chill until set; at least 4 hours. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Thia is really good. I used chocolate graham already prepared pie crust, added fresh blueberries to the fresh sliced strawberries. This pie was a hit with my entire family. I did use the strawberry glaze, also.



My family and friends love it! I get requests all the time. The only thing I change is the glaze. I used Strawberry Preserve Jam which works just as well. You can also use it for other things like biscuits! I also up the cream cheese, for one pie I use a block and a half, so I think 12 ounces. The cream cheese flavor kinda gets lost if you dont do that. But these are minor changes, the recipes is still easy and GREAT!
