  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft and translucent; transfer to a large bowl. Add ground chicken, baking mix, shredded cheese, garlic and red pepper flakes. Mix well, and form into 1 inch balls. Place on a non-stick baking pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned.

Yummy and quick. This one is a keeper. I used Chi Chi's southwestern ranch dip and served them hot. They were gone before I knew it!

These were a big hit at the tailgate! Quick, easy and delicious. I froze some and will serve them as appetizers at thanksgiving. THANKS!
